THE ROLE

We have an expanding portfolio of awarded contracts, with an opportunity for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our operations project delivery team in Melbourne. Reporting to the Project Manager, supervising a team across multiple project sites delivering remedial works concrete works to preserve infrastructure.

Experienced supervisors with an interest in gaining formal qualifications or in receiving recognition of prior learning to obtain industry recognised qualifications are encouraged to apply.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assisting project delivery by providing a mix of day-to-day site supervision and working on the tools alongside your team including:

  • Supervising and leading the team on productive safe work behavior to deliver quality results.
  • Setting up sites and completions
  • Championing compliance with HSECQ requirements
  • Coordinating employee and subcontractor tasks and capture work hours
  • Liaising closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects run to schedule

ABOUT YOU

You will have existing experience as a Supervisor on concrete remediation projects and in coordinating site-based resource.

  • Trade certification - Carpenter – desirable
