ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Duratec Australia offers an extensive two-year graduate program to give graduates the opportunity to work with leading industry experts allowing you to gain firsthand knowledge and experience from our team of professionals. 

Our structured Engineering Graduate Program provides on-the-job exposure to all stages of project lifecycles including:

  • Tender Development & Bid Management
  • Project Support & Site Engineering
  • Health & Safety/Environment/Quality
  • Contracts Administration

With ongoing mentoring from our experienced staff members, graduates can take advantage of a wide range of career opportunities across the business.

  • A degree in Engineering or Construction Management
  • A strong sense of commitment and a willingness to learn
